Counseling Ministry

Vision: In humility, according the skills and gifts entrusted to us by the Spirit, we seek to be catalysts for God’s ongoing work of transformation and renewal of each member of our community through counseling and related ministries. We strive to grow into the likeness of Christ, demonstrating that the Gospel is the power of God unto salvation for all who trust in Him.

Mission: To equip ourselves and each other to apply God’s Word and power to our individual struggles and challenges as we seek to work out our salvation with fear and trembling. In our corporate life as the church, as we speak the truth to each other in love, we seek to bear forth in greater measure the fruits of the Spirit, especially love that worships and serves God and His people in Spirit and in truth.

Members of the counseling ministry provide both counseling and mentoring from a biblical worldview to adults, teens, and children. As well as personal counseling, the ministry organizes a group to attend the yearly Christian Counseling Education & Education Foundation conference.
